Integra Creative was approached by Town & Country to develop a new brand identity for their premium residential sales offering. The brand had to reflect the prestigious and distinctive nature of the properties in the portfolio, and communicate the heritage and expertise of the agency, selling premier properties in select locations.
Several logo routes and taglines were created and shown across stationery, brochure and signage. The selected route uses blue and silver colours to convey quality and distinction. Letterhead, business cards and a sales brochure were developed, all of which included use of silver foil blocking to appeal to the discerning target audience, along with sales boards.
The agency also designed and developed a website to showcase the Town & Country property portfolio. A wireframe document was created which detailed the functionality of the website and the content for each page. The agency designed each page based on the wireframe structure, incorporating the new identity; wrote all copy and managed the website build from briefing to uploading and testing.
